Garlic botanically known as Allium sativum is the second most widely used crop of genus after onion (Allium cepa). It belongs to family Alliaceae. spice and condiments. The edible part garlic its underground stem, which composed number smaller bulbs cloves. a cool season crop. Cool humid climate required for vegetative growth relatively dry period bulb formation. can be grown in variety soil pH ranging 5-7. has been being cultivated from long time ago but productivity very low due lack better cultivation practices. So, under zero tillage rice straw mulch one economical productive method increase quality garlic. main objectives this research was to: review Cultivation Zero Tillage Rice Straw Mulch.
